Site Supervisor

Key Objective of Role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations and guiding Project Coordinators to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regional regulations. This role ensures smooth coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and the Regional Project Manager, supporting timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

Leadership & Oversight

  • Supervise and support Project Coordinators in meeting project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide clear directions to site teams, ensuring alignment with project plans and company standards.
  • Act as the operational link between the Regional Project Manager and site teams, ensuring effective communication and execution.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Review and validate project scopes, schedules, and resource allocations prepared by Project Coordinators.
  • Ensure site implementation complies with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor site progress, identify risks or delay, and escalate issues with recommended corrective actions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support Site Project Consultants in client communications, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards across all site activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance, workmanship, and safety performance.
  • Review documentation and reports prepared by Site Project Consultants for accuracy and completeness.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on regional construction practices, regulations, and industry trends, sharing relevant updates with site teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in site supervision within construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with regional building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated region.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Supervises: Project Coordinator
