He brings with him broad experiences of managing the steel, building products and solutions businesses (including PEB- modular and fast track pre-engineered buildings) across southeast Asia.

Jalaj majored in Civil Engineering and is a veteran in the pre-engineered building structures sector. He has 23 years of experience in this sector delivering modular and fast track steel buildings, both with consultants and in key PEB companies in the Middle East

A professional and practicing Civil Engineer with more than 28 years of diversified hands-on experience in the Building & Construction industry, in particular for modular fast track steel building projects. Tugiman held key management roles in global (PEB) pre-engineered steel buildings companies in Singapore and Indonesia prior to joining Nova.

He brings extensive expertise in quality control, fabrication, and factory operations, supporting consistent project delivery and compliance across manufacturing processes.

With a dynamic career spanning over two decades in the field of Finance, Ai Leng has broad experience in companies across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, trading industry, steering operations with finesse and ensuring unwavering regulatory compliance.

She is a distinguished member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner.

A seasoned business development executive with over 15 years of experience in the pre-engineered steel building (PEB) industry. Varinporn drives market expansion and sustainable growth through channel partner development, project execution, and strategic key account management, strengthening the company’s presence in Thailand while supporting regional growth.

With over 15 years of experience in the steel industry, Nghia brings strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, covering procurement, logistics coordination, and supplier management. She plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost control, and reliable delivery, while supporting long-term, sustainable growth.
